A burning house at night: the turntable ladder raised, two fire engines and a smaller support vehicle with headlights on the road, crews with hose lines at the house

Alert. Respond. Take command.

A firefighting game where you run the dispatch centre – and command the scene yourself. On a real map, with real fire stations and real hydrants. It starts in the district of Freising, with the whole of Germany and beyond to follow.

In development, no release date yet. I'll announce playtests on Discord and in the forum first.

ALARM B 3 House fire · District of Freising

Alert vehicles, dismount on scene and attack with the hose.

Dispatcher and incident commander in one

Emergency calls come in at real addresses, and you alert units from real stations. Then you don't just send trucks – you run the incident until the last hose is rolled up again.

Real map, real data

The in-game overview map of the district of Freising, with every fire station as a red dot

The entire district of Freising built from OpenStreetMap and the Bavarian terrain model: every fire station, every mapped hydrant, the brigades' real vehicles. More districts will follow.

  • 83 fire stations
  • 3,716 hydrants
  • 130+ vehicles

A whole district in miniature

  • Blue hour: hose teams at a burning barn
  • Daytime: freeing a trapped driver after a crash
  • Responding at night
  • Golden hour: a field fire at the edge of the village
  • Freising's old town, built from real building footprints
  • Fields and streams along the river Isar

At the station

These four vehicles already stand in the hall with their own models. These are their models from the game: turn them, switch on the blue lights and give them a status the way they would over the radio.

I'm André, a trained industrial firefighter, and I'm building engine8 on my own. If you want a say, this is where you get alerted.
